The developer has been actively building in Israel since 1986, and he is building three projects in RBS Gimel, with this being the first. The project is expected to receive its building licence very soon, and construction will commence immediately thereafter, with completion expected by Summer 2013. This is a particularly desirable development, superbly located at the top of the hill, and at the extreme North-end. It is of particular note that this plot is surrounded by private homes, the result being that the apartments benefit from uninterrupted panoramic views all around. There will be two separate buildings, each of six upper-floors from the front entrance, and five from the rear entrance, both with entrances from two sides.
